It is with our heartfelt concern for you and your loved ones that we address how
the COVID-19 pandemic are affecting our services.
We ask that you please be patient during these uncertain times. Our office staff is operating remotely and have limited access to our phone and database systems. We are currently using cell phones to receive and return calls, so when the line is busy, you unfortunately may be sent to voicemail. For quicker response, we recommend emailing our staff for booking appointments or questions regarding your system.
Our main priority is to protect our customers and team members. The entire WaterMiser team will be following all NJ State and Federal safety recommendations during this pandemic. To that end we are continuing with changes made as of September 1st.
o We will adhere to the CDC recommended physical distance of six feet apart
from others. We ask that you please work with us for everyone’s safety and also
maintain that six foot distance at all times.
o When we arrive at your home, our technicians will make all our interactions with your
supplied phone number. We will need to access the timer either via WI-FI or in the
garage. Our technicians will be wearing a mask and gloves during this period for your
safety and theirs.
